Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well and hopefully enjoying the New Year. This blog post will be about why I stopped posting content and was on the verge of shutting down Let’s Sugar Coat It.
My last post on this blog was on 22nd March, 2022, so it’s safe to say that I took a pretty long break. However, it was not a break. I just didn’t have any motivation and inspiration left to run this blog.
At the time, I had just begun my offline classes of my second semester of college and I had promised myself that I would be able to juggle college, a part-time job and this blog. 2022 EJ was just plain stupid to think so.
By the first week of college I had realised that I couldn’t manage all three so I quit my part time job (although I was making a decent amount of money there, I quit for several other reasons). A month goes by and I realised that I hadn’t uploaded anything on my blog. I gave myself an excuse that I would get back to it by the end of the April, 2022.
But guess what, I didn’t create any content then either. Now this was because of a few certain unfortunate incidents, where I completely lost my focus on important things and gave up on creating content. I made my instagram account private, archived all my blog related posts from my account and just focused on things that didn’t quite matter alot (which I realise now).
WordPress just had a way to bring me back here which will remain a secret except for my close ones (you know who you are, xp ). Hence, I return to make content, to find my passion in cooking again and to share with all of you, the amazing books I’ve read in the past year.
I no longer use a bullet journal, which is why I will not be creating content about it.
